We are glad to be delivering to you as usual, however please note delivery may be slightly disrupted or delayed due to social distancing measures employed at our warehouse. It may take up to 7 working days for personalised items to be prepared and dispatched.

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your exchange is received by our Customer Service team, we will aim to process it within 14 days.
For refunds or exchanges on in-store purchases, please refer to the details on your store receipt.
Please ensure that all returns sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Luxury Brandy's cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive.Luxury Brandy's will not be liable for any customs, tax and shipping price charges incurred when returning goods.
Any goods that are returned outside of the exchange period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised leather products.
Gift recipients are entitled to a merchandise exchange or online gift card. Exchanges will only be offered, at the current retail price, for products in perfect condition, with the original packaging, for non-discontinued collections or lines.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
